Ingredients
1 cup cooked quinoa
4 oz baked tempeh (best after being marinated in BBQ Sauce for 1 hour)
1/4 cup Tahini BBQ Sauce (See below)
2 cups mixed baby greens
1/4 cup shredded carrots
1/4 cup beets (Peeled and diced)
1/2 cup mung bean sprouts
1/2 cup sauerkraut
1/2 avocado, sliced
1 tsp hemp seeds
Tahini BBQ Sauce
1/2 cup water
1 inch piece ginger, peeled and minced
3 cloves of garlic, minced
2 tablespoons chili paste
2 tablespoons rice vinegar
2 tablespoons tahini
1 tablespoon dark brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper
Instructions
Warm quinoa, tempeh, and BBQ Sauce. Add to a bowl and top with remaining ingredients.
Tahini BBQ Sauce:
Add all the ingredients in a blender until smooth
