Vegan Raw Super Bowl

This fruit and veggie bowl is super packed with nutrients.

Heating food destroys a lot of the nutrients and natural enzymes. So, with this recipe you are getting a full dose of what Mother Nature has to offer.

The Super Raw Bowl, is great in the afternoon as a pick-me-up if you are low on energy.

You can really add and mix many different fruits and veggies. So have fun with this! The KEY is to making sure everything is FINELY cut up.

It may seem strange adding so many different ingredients, but I promise it will come together!

In this recipe we will share what we usually add.

1 Apple (not seen in video but usually added)
1 cup Spinach (not seen in video but usually added)
1 Nectarine
1 Mango
4 Kiwi
1 head of Broccoli
7-12 stalks of Asparagus
3/4 of a large Cucumber
1-2 Tomatoes
4 Clementine Oranges
1/2 of a Red Bell Pepper
1/2 of a Green Bell Pepper
2 cups Blueberries
5 Strawberries
1/4 cup Raw Cashews
1/4 cup Raw Almonds
1/4 cup Raw Walnuts

Optional additions:
1 cup Blackberries
1 cup Raspberries
1/4 Sunflower Seeds
1/4 cup Flax Seeds
1/4 cup Chia Seeds
2 cups of Kale
1 Avocado
1/2 cup Pineapple
1 Banana

*Side note: You want all the fruit to be ripe and slightly firm so it doesn’t get to mushy.

Finely cut up all the fruit and veggies. You really want everything to be really tiny little pieces.

When you cut this up really small the juices from the fruit create a juice. SO, you don’t need any dressing. =)

Down below is a video of Nick (my lovely fiancé) and he will walk you exactly how to make this delicious bowl.
