Vegan Spinach Salad Wrap

Description
This is a nice light lunch snack. It’s easy to make and tastes great.
Ingredients
1 spinach tortilla wrap
1/2 cup of spring mix
1/2 cup spinach
1/4 cup fresh blueberries
1 strawberry, sliced
1/4 cup walnuts
2 tablespoons of vegan poppyseed dressing (Most are vegan)
1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
Add olive oil to a pan. On low-medium heat, heat up spinach wrap till warm and starting to brown a little.
Remove from heat and place heated side down on plate.
Add spring mix and spinach, blueberries, strawberries slices, walnuts and top with poppyseed dressing.
Wrap and enjoy!
